Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Spanish, UCD School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics, Temporary, 2 years


The School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics wishes to make a temporary appointment for a Lecturer in Spanish, with expertise in twentieth-century Spanish poetry and theatre, along with an ability to teach classes on Golden Age Literature and experience in language teaching at university undergraduate level. This is a 2 year post. The successful candidate will prepare, design, deliver and assess high-quality language and content modules in the Spanish undergraduate and graduate programmes, and will undertake such administrative duties as assigned by the Head of School or her nominee.

95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor (below the bar) Salary Scale: €33,148 – €58,178 per annum

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
